Finance Manager – Hospitality, Tour & Travel & Property Development
Responsibilities:
- Based
in the Group's Finance & Credit - Hospitality, Tour & Travel & Property Development Division.
- Responsible
to lead the new Finance & Credit - Hospitality, Tour & Travel & Property Development team under your charge.
- Proposes
finance tools, collection, cash flow, payment request / AP, billing and
banking (LC/BA).
- Exposure
to bridging loans, end financing and other Hospitality, Tour & Travel & Property Development related financial tools a pre-requisite.
- Works
closely with financial institutions. Ability to build
rapport essential.
- Updates
monthly term loan summary & ensures scheduled payments are made.
- Responsible
to provide all aspects of Finance & Credit support to the Companies
under your charge. This will include but is not limited to core areas such
as statutory and management reporting, budgeting, and any related Finance
& Credit initiatives.
- Experience in Hospitality, Tour & Travel & Property Development industry a pre-requisite.
Requirements:
- Candidate
must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Post
Graduate Diploma, in Accounts, Finance, Business Admin and/ or equivalent.
- Required
language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Knowledge
of Mandarin language is an added advantage.
- Exposure to the property & construction environment
a pre-requisite.
- At
least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for
this position.
- Must
be IT / ISO literate.
