Procurement Manager - Hospitality & Tourism
Group Procurement and Logistic department is a member of the Group Support
Department which oversees all Procurement & Logistic functions within
the JSK Group of Companies.
to plan, organize and lead all activities within the procurement &
logistic functions for the hospitality / Tourism section. This
includes, but not limited to, sourcing, negotiating, procurement, logistic
arrangements, custom, product inspection and liaise with individual
Departments / Companies under the hospitality & tourism section.
with relevant authorities /relevant bodies on all Procurement &
Logistic matters under your charge.
strict cost control to guarantee budget conformation.
that all shipping documentation and activities are timely executed.
to coordinate daily order processing, delivery scheduling and transport
to execute and follow-through with daily procurement & logistic work
- Prior Exposure to Hospitality / Tourism a prerequisite.
must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,
Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in
Procurement, Hospitality, Tourism, Logistic Management or equivalent.
least 5 year(s) of working experience in the sourcing / procurement is
required for this position. Exposure to PRC suppliers an added
Procurement / Logistic Managers specializing in hospitality /
tourism or equivalent.
- Must be able to communicate (read and write) in Mandarin
/ Chinese and English. Communication with PRC suppliers is
essential, thus, knowledge of Mandarin / Chinese is a prerequisite.
must be IT literate and have knowledge of ISO.
